Named after a mountain in the Columbia Valley, British Columbia, Swansea Communications has been offering marketing, conference planning, social media and public relations services since 2011. Our clients span many sectors and are located across the country. We have a proven track record of success with both conferences and marketing.

Swansea has been producing conferences in partnership with Summers Direct Conference Planning & Events since its inception. Together these companies identify gaps in professional development and seek out sector partnerships to fill those gaps with quality learning and networking conferences. But it was conference administration for associations that first brought these companies together and continues to be a pillar of their mutual success. About Andrea Tubbs

Andrea Tubbs, owner of Swansea Communications, has a breadth of experience in conference planning, marketing, communication and public relations. Her career has spanned a variety of industries from high tech to non profit, post secondary to tourism and hospitality. Andrea takes a hands-on approach to her work with all clients and thrives on executing successful and measurable campaigns within her disciplines of practice.

Andrea is an active member of the business community with the Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce. She also chairs and is involved with various committees focusing on business in her region.

Andrea is an IABC member, holds a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Victoria and a Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University.
